When you make a purchase from an online firearms dealer and need a local FFL, just select Bullmark and we'll take care of the rest. FFL Process
This FFL process will be the same whether you purchase from Bullmark or another online dealer.
Find a firearm online
Purchase the firearm & select Bullmark Holdings as your FFL
- If Bullmark is not in their list of FFLs, ask the seller to contact us directly at bkholdings@bullmarkholdings.com
Your seller will contact us to begin the FFL transer process
- We exchange & validate our FFL certifications
- Confirm shipping address & package details
Seller processes your order and ships the fireamrm to Bullmark
- We'll send you copies of tracking numbers, in case your seller doesn't
Bullmark receives your firearm & starts the inventory process
- Confirms the expected firearm is the same that arrived
- Registers the acquired firearm per ATF compliance rules
Bullmark contacts you to inform you that everything is ready to go
- We'll either send you an email, SMS, or call you on the phone
You schedule the day and time you'd like to pick up
Prepare and arrive for your appointment
- Bring a VALID photo ID - it must have your current address
- When you arrive, we both do our part to fill out the 4437
- While you wait, we'll contact the FBI for a background check
- If APPROVED you'll receive your firearm - Thank you
- If DELAYED you'll have to wait for a decision per ATF regulations
- If DENIED you'll need to decide if you want to appeal the decision

Terms
- Advanced notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Transfer Fees are per appointment. Please be prepared to pay additional fees for missed appointments.
- Any person not legally allowed to own a firearm and attempts to have a firearm transferred to themself will be DENIED during the FBI NICS background check. When this happens the item(s) will become the property of Bullmark Holdings LLC.
- Bullmark Holdings holds the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of illegally purchasing a firearm for someone other than the person filling out the 4437 form. In this case, the client will forfeit the item(s) and they will become property of Bullmark Holdings LLC.
- Clients have 3 weeks to retrieve items from the date they are contacted that the item has been received; after that a $40 dollar storage fee will be added per week. If items are not retrieved within 60 days, they will become property of Bullmark Holdings LLC and NO COMPENSATION will be provided. Bullmark Holdings LLC may disposition the firearm at their discretion. When selecting Bullmark Holdings LLC as your receiving FFL you willingly agree to these terms and conditions.
